Return & Refund Policy

At Divoma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will:

  • Send you a return shipping label
  • Provide instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or declined.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
