Shipping Policy
At Divoma, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely across India. We also provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for pin codes supported by our delivery partners.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines
- Orders are shipped within 48 working hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days post shipping.
- Estimated delivery time is shown on the shipping page, but it may vary depending on location, distance, and our logistics partners.
- Delays caused by courier companies/postal authorities are beyond our control, but our team will assist you in tracking your package.
- Your order may arrive in multiple packages if shipped from different locations, but you will be charged only one delivery fee per order.
- Once your package is shipped, we will share the tracking details via email.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD is available only on orders above ₹799 and below ₹5000.
- COD is not a trial option – payment must be made before accepting the order.
- Refusal of COD orders may result in deactivation of the COD option for your future orders.
- COD availability depends on your pin code; in some areas, our shipping partners do not support COD.
Special Delivery Requests
If you need an urgent or time-specific delivery, please:
- Share your request via email at support@divoma.in
- Add comments while placing the order.
We will do our best to fulfill your request, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery timing.
Courier & Coverage
We ship with reliable courier partners like Delhivery and other leading logistics providers in India. If your address falls in a location not serviceable by them, we will contact you to find an alternative shipping solution.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be emailed within 4 hours of placing the order.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
- No refunds will be processed for:
- Orders canceled at the doorstep
- 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier partners
International Shipping
Currently, Divoma does not ship outside India.
